It's been months since my last post. There have been so many things that have happened between those period. My dad was diagnosed with colon cancer. Au's dad had a stroke, which had him staying in the ICU for a few days. All of these happened while we were busy preparing for the wedding. It had left us beaten and still is, but we choose everyday to go on with our lives. And that meant preparing all the more for the wedding of our dreams while also busy taking care of our families.

There are still lots of suppliers that we need. Tomorrow we'll be scouting for our hotel. We'll also attend the bridal fair in Megamall. Hopefully we find great discounts for invitations.

Photo/Video Supplier--- CHECK!

There is just too much story to tell after we went to the bridal fair at PICC yesterday. Both good and bad. But I am skipping the details of the bad so as not to ruin this perfect night. :) So the good news is we're finally booked with Niceprint!!! Yey!! Our dream supplier!  When we got there, we only have one thing on our minds, and that was to look for their booth and book with them. We made rounds of the whole place, only to find them on one little corner. It was such a feat though, the haggling, the pleading, oh yes the pleading. :) We have with us an armour- our good friend's contract with them before. They were oh so lucky to get a package so unbelievably cheap for a photo company that has made their name in the industry. We kept comparing how much add ons they got for free and we kept telling that to our account officer. No use though. It has been almost a year since my friend's wedding, so Nicepront's rates have shoot up, sky-high. But it's fine. Piniga na namin talaga ang account officer namen. Mahal's innate skill in building rapport and charming new acquaintances were put to test. Mejo nagsucceed naman kahit papano. Haha. Oh well. Still, we have NICEPRINT!!! Kelangan ko ng magpaganda (haha) at magpractice mag pose!  I'm one lucky bride-to-be! :)

We're Engaged Bridal Fair

I am so excited to go today at "We're Engaged" Bridal Fair which will be held at PICC!  Au and I  are looking forward to book our chosen photo & video supplier finally! We have initially booked at a previous bridal fair a different photo& video supplier. They offered the most affordable package and so we reserved right away. But a few weeks of careful review of their same-day-edit videos, we were doubting if they could deliver the SDE we dream of. So I scoured the net for other photographers and videographers who can do the job we want. And then we found them, their team! Masterful, artistic and beautiful- those are words to describe their work. More news when we get back from the bridal fair. :)
